Regulatory texts, which this course is largely based on, are publicly available information. However, trying to make sense of legislation and putting that into practice can be extremely difficult.

The entire purpose of our courses is to learn how product compliance can work in practice – not to merely repeat regulatory requirements that you can find for free online.

For the majority of learners, understanding product compliance is likely significantly easier and faster through our courses compared to reading regulatory texts.

That being said, it is ultimately up to you to decide if you deem the price worth the time and effort saved.

Is this course always kept up to date?

This course is based on the sources available at the time of writing. Regulations, directives, standards, and other sources are often updated.

While tutorials may be updated from time to time, and new tutorials may be added, we do not claim that the tutorials are updated every time a regulation, directive, guidance page, or other source is amended or updated for other reasons.

Does this course cover all the requirements of the covered regulations?

No, the tutorials contain generalised information and summaries of regulatory requirements. It is not practical to cover every single requirement as that would entail including the covered regulations in their entirety.
